DO they really work?

Yes, Mudras Really Do Work: Here's How. ... Mudras, simple gestures made primarily with the human hands, have been called the 'control center to everything,' by modern yogis.  They are a way of changing your energy in very specific ways.

Gyan Mudra: Gyan Mudra is a powerful mudra (or hand position) practiced for thousands of years by yogis that brings peace, calm, and spiritual growth.  It relates to the planet Jupiter.   In addition to its many spiritual qualities, Gyan Mudra has wide and varied health benefits, making it one of the most practiced mudras of all.

Why do Gyan Mudra?  Health benefits…

Gyan Mudra does many things.  Stimulating the root chakra, it eases tension and depression.  It relates to expansion and knowledge.  It is extremely calming and brings the practitioner spiritual openness and ease in meditation.

How to do Gyan Mudra:

Connect the thumb and index finger (tip to tip, not tip to nail, which is another β€œactive” variation of Gyan Mudra). The other fingers are straight but relaxed. Pressure between the thumb and forefinger is light.

Practice Gyan Mudra with long deep breathing for 3, 5, 8, 11 minutes or longer and let me know how you feel after?  Did it help you to feel calmer?  DO you feel more grounded?  Or did you feel no differently?  Let me know in the comments.
