So often, we search for happiness and satisfaction outside of ourselves.

Through our relationships, our careers, and many other external factors. But true happiness—it doesn’t live on the outside. Happiness is an inside job. It's  a choice we make moment to moment in every situation. 

There’s a place within you that’s pure, peaceful, and perfect.

An oasis that is always accessible no matter what is going on in your life. It’s where you find what you’re looking for; it’s where you regain your inner peace; and it’s where you strengthen your resilience.

How do you get there? Allow me to share with you how I learned to transmute negative to positive and live my very best possible life. One moment at a time.

  • Finding your soul family – you’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with so make sure they’re eagles, not turkeys.

I’m Meegan, the proud founder of Sunshine Holistic Wellness and the creator of The Follow Your Fun program.

It is my passion and mission to guide people into the truest version of themselves by helping them remember who they were, before the world told them who to be. 

We do this through a variety of techniques such as Wellness Coaching, Online Classes and Programs, Online Communities, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work and Sound Healing.

The “how” of always finding your inner sunshine is what I practice and share through Sunshine Holistic Wellness by teaching you exactly how to find the lessons and blessings in every situation to ensure resilience, growth and self-development.

I grew up around spirituality and believing in the power of positivity, visualization, meditation, and energy work. My parents instilled in me not only an excellent work ethic & discipline, but also a very solid spiritual foundation based upon constant personal growth. 

 My own personal goal in life is to continue to bring the highest version of myself into the world each day. I do this by looking at every situation as a learning opportunity.

My journey has ignited a light within me to be a source of love, peace and sunshine for everyone I meet. Sunshine Holistic Wellness is the platform to get us there.

Meegan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Health and Communications.  

Her love of all things holistic started very young while studying medicinal herbs and plants. 

Later, this caused her to pursue more Education at Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. Here, she earned certificates in the areas of Life Coaching and Holistic Nutrition.  Shortly after, Meegan became a graduate of Gabrielle Bernstein’s Spirit Junkie Master Class Level 1 and Level 2. 

Years later, Meegan was led deeper into her spiritual path and found Kundalini Yoga.  It was love at first kriya!  Meegan is now a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) Certified Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, meditation and breath teacher. She loves this type of yoga because it strengthens the nervous system preparing you for life’s many twists and turns. She calls it, “the sacred portal where science meets spirituality.” 

Meegan is trained in various meditation styles and mindfulness techniques. She loves to explore meditation as a tool for introspection, self-awareness, and transformational growth. She works in her private practice with adults and children to equip them with mindfulness tools to manage stress and identify then process through the emotional body. 

 Meegan has always loved sound and the influence it has on the mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic, and physical bodies.  This love of sound and frequency is what awakened a memory within her soul to explore sound healing when she felt “the call”.  It is now her deep honor to share healing sound vibrations with the world. Meegan has studied sound through The Sound Healing Academy; Sage Academy of Sound and currently studies with her private Sound Mentor in Colorado. Meegan is a proud member of the Sound Healers Association.
