We will meet at the west side of the Jensen Beach Causeway parking where I will teach you our breathing technique we will use for the over the bridge breath walk/ meditation.
This class will be about a 40 minute walk + breath time lesson.
Our intention with this breath walk/meditation is to wash stress & anxiety from your body and aura as well as raise your vibration.
You will learn a new breathing technique to clear stress and anxiety and make friends along the way.
